Once an old garage by the beach, this Venice space was reimagined by Mariah Rich into a layered, vintage-inflected guest retreat for a longtime client.

Every surface tells a story - reclaimed woods, worn tile, collected textiles, and found objects coexisting with quiet modern restraint. Designed for rest and conversation, the loft balances masculine energy with an understated softness - a reflection of coastal living shaped by time, texture, and soul.
