Tucked within the creative pulse of Venice, California, this loft was designed as both a public gathering space and a haven for creative work.

In collaboration with interior designer Karina Deyko, we brought warmth and rhythm to the industrial shell — layering vintage furnishings, well-worn materials, and organic texture to soften the space’s architectural bones. The result is an environment that invites conversation, collaboration, and quiet moments of inspiration - where creativity feels at home.
